The trouble you will be in if you are reported as an email spammer
Its easy to avoid it - just dont do it. If you neglect this advice because it is so easy to do then think about the repercussion if things did not get in your way.
Spamming especially email has become a huge global nuisance that there are strict laws created to curb it. Even the free Web emails provider have to adhere to the laws strictly for if they don't they will get themselves into trouble themselves. Not forgetting their users will change to other service providers who can 'care' for them.
Before we go to what will happen lets talk about what can happen first.
For someone complain that you sent a spam email, he or she can simply click a button to report the matter to the service provider. Since it is free, it won't take a long time or much consideration on the service providers part to send you to the gallows (literally).
It depend on service providers too. The strict ones would immiditiately take action when they have the slightest clue that you are in fact a spammer even without much investigation.
For example, after looking at an email which without doubt is an affiliate marketing email indicating that it originate from your email account (regardless if the affiliate link is yours or someone else), they would without question delete your account without even notifying you. It is because you are free user so you can't say anything much to make your defense.
Now what are the repercussions ?
The repercussion is rather straight forward. You simply cannot access your email anymore. Your account had simply vanished and does not exist anymore. Since it is a free account, you open another one or you try another free service provider. No big deal.
But if you are serious enough of finding out what's wrong. You may write an email (from another email account of course) asking what happened to your account. Now the email service provider may answer your query or they may not. It will get you into anxieties which will reflect in even things that have no relation to emails or internet.
Problem is, what if you are not at fault, someone filed a wrong complaint or it was forwarded by someone else. Perhaps the one that report you a spammer did ask for the information and they simply forgot about it and it end up with you in trouble.
There is no answer to those. because there are way to much cases on email spamming that the relevant people has become so increasingly immune on complaints that it is just not fair to the average law abiding internet user.

Don't you hate it when you are email spammed ?
You may have heard similar terms which more or less relate to the same concept or objective.
What is spamming, first of all.
Spamming is well known in among internet users. It is the blatantly use of technology to the point of not being ethical and some sort of law was implemented to curb it.
Email spamming is very much well known and I think the abuse started from there. Then other form of spamming arise which are forum, blog, classifieds, articles and many more that you can think of.
Simply put it, spamming is sending something to people you don't know and didn't ask for it. For example in emailing, if you have a few emails of people you don't know and you send a piece of information which is invaluable to you but junk to people who are not interested and don't want it, then that is a form of spamming.
Email spamming becomes so rampant to the point that it become uncontrollable because it is every easy to do and without any significant cost to the abuser.
The process of sending a spam email is so easy that you can do it to thousands in less than a minute. You can use a list you already have or keep as your contacts in your mailbox.
On top of that, as there are many free web mails offering unlimited number of accounts per user and the capability of storing Gigabytes of messages for free, its no wonder that no one is afraid of being prosecuted for doing it.
There are also special software that can be used in making spamming to the maximum. Unlike free web mails where an account can be reported for spamming and can celled by the admin, this software can do the job much easier with a few big advantages over web mails.
They can hide your identity meaning that your IP cannot be traced. In this case when we don't know where it comes from we don't know who to complain and where to complain.
Then the software can actually display as though as the the email was sent directly to you and not a many other recipients. This makes you excited that you have exclusive information in your mail box.
Bottom line is, don't spam its just not worth it.
For a sure way not to do spam and yet improve your marketing results use The 'Opt Ins' concept. To know more click here :- http://e-vo.info/optins/start.html

Speed in submitting your online articles to articles directory websites is actually a risky venture
We all know the purposes of writing and submitting online articles. Targeted readers of the articles will eventually visit the sales page of our affiliate product. The ranking of the web page where the articles are placed will improve. As a result, it will be listed higher in the search engines giving it more chance to be discover when someone is doing the search.
One known an acclaimed tactic of getting good ranking is to get as many back links to a web page or website. However, the links must come from different domain. This means you cannot make your own back links web pages. It just doesn't help the ranking in anyway.
The many articles directory websites provide the ideal solution for you. They may accept your articles even if it is substandard. Some directories accept your articles automatically. After acceptance, you have back links to your make money web page which can be an affiliate product sales page, blogs with Adsense, Ebay and Amazon advertisements.
Do this the whole day or with an automatic articles submitter, you will get hundreds of links at the end of the day or maybe thousands if you use an online submitter software.
So after achieving that, you expect your articles to rise in ranking and get listed higher up in the search engine ?
The answer is you are in for a surprise.
The search engines of today's built are smarter. This is one of the 'black hat' tricks they are trying to curb. Those who put the effort by doing this may end up with less than expected results.
The search engines now can determine the spike in the number of back links to a web page or website. If it decide that too many links are created in a short period of time suspecting that it is done via black hat tactic, the web page or website may not get listed and perhaps even ban from being listed in the search engine.
Getting 4 or 5 back links in 1 day can be considered acceptable but having 100 back links for 1 day may be a bit of over zealousness.
So be careful when submitting your articles to articles directories website. Its better to build your back link slowly but steady.
The dangers of submitting your online articles with automatic online article submitters
Programmers like to invent and automate things, submitting online articles is of no exception. Imagine you had wrote or acquired quite a number of articles with PLR (Private Label Rights) and its time to submit to the various and many articles directory websites. Its the part that you hate the most when doing this manually. Imagine the so many websites to access and submit your articles to.
On the other hand, with an online article submitter, things can be different. I have heard of one model that submit your articles automatically. After you prepared your articles, you just take a back sit and relax. Click a button and your articles are submitted to hundreds of articles directories which may takes you only minutes. Do that manually it may take you the whole day.
Now the bad news.
There are dangers doing that. Perhaps it was not the case when submitting articles gained popularity as an effective strategy to build web traffic to your websites for free a few years ago. But the articles directories grew smarter. Submitting this way does not really show that you are a writer rather than a seller.
Many articles directories website of the current architecture have a way to determine articles which are submitted by softwares. This can be detected when some of the text boxes filled in with the wrong data. Like your name appearing in what was suppose to be your email. When this is discovered your articles are rejected.
But even if they don't have the scripts to monitor the submission, human staffs can do the job as easily. These websites filter articles which are duplicated like most PLRs. And while doing this they are also on the look out for articles which have wrong text postings.
A few articles directories claim that their rate of rejection of articles is as high as 30% to 50% ! They are concerned with quality rather than sheer quantity. They know that if they let their website got infested with repetitions of articles, their reputation will be at stake. With the so many articles website sprouting all over the web, they think they are not worried their contributors running away. They know that articles directory websites survive on the readers and not entirely on the contributors.
In conclusion, pay careful attention if you are using Article Submitters.
Are PLR (Private Resell Rights) articles effective to use ?
Definition first.
PLR or Private Resell Rights articles are articles you can use as though as they are your own. The authors allow you to claim yourself as the author and change any hyper links contained in it.
But do be aware that some PLRs do not allow you to alter anything in the article except only for the two above. So you have to be careful what can and what cannot. Each PLRs are different from one another.
The obvious advantage of having using PLR articles are :
1. You will be known as an expert or guru on the subject which you are not.
2. No one can complain that you copy and use someone else articles which can be an expensive affair if the matter is taken to court.
3. Having said the two above, you are free to use PLRs in your websites, blogs, articles directories and the rest. Put some Adsense and it pulls the targeted advertisements in. People click on the adsense ads and you earn commission from Google.
4. You find some affiliate products related to the articles and entice anyone reading it to visit the link you inserted.
It is so easy and fast to use. But is it effective ?
If your strategy is like this where you bought the PLR articles from some company or expert over the internet, how many do you think did the same as you ?
It can be anywhere from the hundreds to the thousands of article marketers !
Now today's well known Search Engines are much smarter when it comes to this issue. They are programmed not to list (or even ban) articles that are identical to the ones they had already listed. Such a let down !
This means that if you are the second PLR article being spidered, you will not get listed and most probably banned from the search engine. As simple as that.
But no matter how harsh this sound for you the article writer or merely submitter, the search engine companies are actually trying to safeguard their reliability to their users.
What if what users found are identical from one another ? Although the title or the author might seem to be different, but the content are the same. Sooner or later, nobody rely on the search engines anymore.
Bottom line, try to be an article writer if you are not one. You can get the points from other articles you read, but do re write it to be your own. It will save you a lot of wasted effort.
Don't do articles spamming it can be counter productive to your effort.
First what is "article spamming" ?
The internet, or everything revolutionary, is always changing. When something new came out, everybody tried to imitate and repeat its success.
Initially it was all right. Then it became too much. Those who are directly involved found a way to address the problem. Then as soon as people realized, what work before would not necessarily work now.
It was not too long ago that those who surf the internet had found out that article marketing was seen to be a very effective strategy to get traffics, page ranking, back links and among other things.
Due to that fact, articles directory websites (websites hosting people's articles) mushroomed over the internet. Then the term "articles spamming" surfaced. We already have email spamming and now its the articles' turn.
Suddenly everyone began to submit articles after articles. Not because they want to share their ideas and information with everybody else, but because by doing that the link they include in their web page would be recognized by the search engines. This is because of the factors mentioned above.
Sooner than expected, there are too much "junk articles" over the internet. A majority of the articles did not really make sense but had the right number of "keywords" making them search engine friendly.
Authentic surfers who found the links over the search engines visited the articles pages hoping to find the information they needed. Too bad most of the information failed to impress them. The flow of the language was robotic and the information were actually duplicates of what they had came across before. These are what we called "articles spamming".
But the search engines companies did not give up easily. They didn't want people to loose trust in their listings. So they changed how their search engine spiders work. As a result, most "spamming articles" failed to make it on the search engines. So people started to believe again in search engines and perhaps loose their confidence in searching information from articles directory.
The morale of the story is, do remember that doing something easy and fast is not always the best and effective solutions. Perhaps it worked before but it might not work this time around.

What is the best exit strategy in an online article page ?
What is meant here is on how do you want your readers to exit from your affiliate link page from the link you really want them to click which is the the affiliate link.
Should they exit and ended up at your affiliate product sales page straight away ?
Should you provide some choices of product rather than 1 product in your affiliate sales page ?
This can be easily done with your blog or if you know a little bit of web page making by incorporating them easily.
But ever wonder that you are actually taking your chance too much for your readers to end end up buying your affiliate product. If they don't and they exit your affiliate product page, you may never see them again (literally), can you ?
In the above scenario, you are giving them a 50:50 chances. You gain if they buy your product and you loose it all if they decided not to buy and head off somewhere.
One way of providing you the chance to sell them the product again or introduce them to your other products is to have an opt in sign up page before getting to your affiliate product. To them this should be an easy and harmless process of giving their email and name.
In this way, even if they don't buy your affiliate product, you can always contact them again by email to reaffirm the product or introduce new ones. They won't see this as spamming because they are the ones who sign up.
But you would sure want them to see your sales page even if they give you some gibberish email, don't you ?
For this to happen you should not restrict their entry to your sales web page. Even if they give a false email, can still end up at your sales page. This is better than not disallowing them from seeing the sales page because they fail to give their correct email.
But the chances that they'll give you their right contact email is there, no doubt about it. So you don't really have to worry about being duped in this process.
To ensure they give the right email address, why not provide them with a free gift which download link will be email to their email address. Or perhaps a valuable free ecourse that they can participate where you will email them the link just as they put in their email and name.
But if any of your articles readers have no interest and they give a false email (don't worry about the name as it is not really important if it is the right or false one)they will still end up looking at your affiliate sales page. And you still have a chance that they will buy your affiliate product.
If they don't so what. Move on as they are many more prospects you may end up selling.

Do not let them just go away after leaving your online article page
Depending on the website hosting your article, there are various exit points your readers can leave your online article page. There are links to other collection of articles, link leading to the website menu and many others. You can't help it if they choose to go those ways. But what you can do if they do click on your affiliate link.
Most writers put their affiliate product sales page directly linked to the article. This is fine but you are relying 100% that they buy the product for you to benefit. If they don't, you won't have any clue on who they are and how you can contact them.
But remember the issue of spamming. Even if you have a software, but I doubt it, that can capture their email address without them knowing, its still wrong for you to contact them. You can be accused of spamming because they did not voluntarily give you their email when they leave your online article page.
Yes, the safe way is to provide them with the option of giving their name and email. Also let them know that you will not disclose their information to anybody but for the sole purpose of you contacting them only. This may sound petty, but spamming has become such a nuisance in the world wide web.
Assure them that by giving their vital info i.e. email and name (optional), they will get a free gift from you and a short course on article writing for example. This is done by way of an auto responder of course.
After keying in their email (with name if required) they are then taken to your affiliate website. At this point, even if they decide not to buy your product, you already have the information to contact them through your auto responder.
Your guess is right, if you keep on promoting your affiliate product in your auto responder and also the link back to your article or website if you have one. You can also include other related products, if you have.
As they sign up voluntarily and there is an option of not receiving the email, you can be rest assured that they are your target audience as long as they are in the list.

The right title for your online articles for maximum lift off
After quite a while they complain why their articles fail miserably in the search engine ranking or just a few people actually read it.
Like advertising for its headline, the title of an article is the heart of the article. Actually, the content must "revolve" around the article through out.
No doubt its only a one liner to put a title for the article. But do spend at least 25% to 50% of your time in coming up with a good impact title for the article. Yes its that long for you to think your article over and over again and come up with the best you can think of. If you spend 1 hour (not that this is right) to write an article, then do spend at least 30 to 15 minutes for the title.
It sound silly all right. For how come a title of just around 10 words require so much time when compared to its content of about 300 to 400 words.
And please do this, come out and reaffirm your title before you actually start writing your article and not the other way round like most writers do. This is crucial for a good article would have its main keywords inserted in the title repeated throughout the article a number of times.
Let's take a simple straight forward example. Say you are writing about an article on how to become an "ebay power seller". Once that is decided include as many "ebay power seller" (exactly in the sequence) in your paragraphs.
Substitute your "they" or "he" or "she" with "ebay power seller". It may sound "robotic" but this is the way you should do it.
But do not make it too obvious, as you can be accused of spamming which is exactly opposite of what you are trying to achieve.

Don't be a fool submitting your articles to all online articles websites you can find
There are those who believe that in order your articles are exposed as much as possible on the internet is to submit your articles to as many websites which can host them. The more the better.
Basing from the above strategy, there are already softwares which can make your effort much easier than if you are doing it manually. These softwares can automate many of the sign ups process and the submission process. Imagine how your tedious work can be automated and your time spend doing it is now only a fraction of what it used to be. The question is - are these necessary ?
I have used these softwares before. And it do make life of the online article writer much easier. But the problem is the return for our effort may not be like what it is hoped for. Here are some facts :-
1. Not all of our articles are accepted instantly. Many are first reviewed by their admin before it is even published. This can take days, weeks or even months for some websites.
2. We don't know whether any of our articles are published or not. Most websites do not notify the writer whether the article has been published or rejected. Only when we got some sales, when back tracking (if possible) can we only know if any of the effort really worth it.
3. Our time is so occupied submitting that we forgot to produce good quality articles. Its a question of quantity against quality.
4. Some of these articles website do not generate good visits. Many I have seen, have scripts errors on their page. If that is the case then imagine how many times they check their website for errors.
So the best method is to choose those quality articles websites that have less restriction in allowing your articles to be published, have many visitors, have their articles listed by search engine quite fast.
After you have streamlined this, then go ahead and churn out as many good articles as you want.

The underrated strategy to make your affiliate marketing go boom
I have tried various strategies the internet can offer to drive traffic to my affiliate websites. I have also spent quite a fortune in paying some of the services offered but the results is far than satisfactory. Conversion rates ( how many visitors ending up buying the product) were really very low to begin with. Something was not going right somewhere.
Then I stumble upon a strategy that require a little bit of work but like everyone else promise results ; articles marketing. Basically what it offers is you create your own articles, give it a nice keyword rich title and submit to the various articles website found on the internet. Then wait for the results as you carry on applying the same technique on each new affiliates you have picked.
To most people, including me initially, knowing that it require me to write my own articles really turned me off, and I think you would too. After knowing what to write I then find out how to write what I want to write. The secret to become good doing it is speed. Then the confidence that what you are writing, if it is good enough for you it is good enough for someone else to read it on the net.
Don't worry if what you are writing is not read. First you are writing a lot of articles and secondly you will be submitting your lots of articles to many websites that wants to publish it. So apply the theory of the law of average here. Someone somewhere when you least expected will read one of your articles.
The whole idea of writing articles is to entice the readers on something that they may buy by way of a link included in your article. That's right the link to your affiliate products.
What's good about article marketing is that, your readers are first of all "targeted" when they read your articles. Why not, as there will be no influence for commission for them to read your articles in the first place. They are not reading because of some manual or autosurfers (which may not be anyone reading at all) but they are there as they want to know what information you can offer.
Very likely they arrived at your articles page from the search they made in the articles search engine or any web search engine that your page has been listed by your articles.
If what you wrote impress them, then your "reward" will be when they pursue to your extra linked pages which will be from your affiliate links.
